The Product Owner ensures that a great product is created together with the Scrum team. He or she is ultimately responsible for the choices made during the development of the new product. In doing so, he or she considers the wishes and insights of the stakeholders, the environment (market), and the team itself.
The Product Owner has an affinity for the product as well as for marketing and people. He or she translates the wishes of end users into components to be built and then schedules them in the Scrum project through Sprints. He or she stands between the different roles and has good communication skills. A Product Owner knows the Scrum framework in detail and can apply it.
PSPO-1 Exam Scrum.org Voucher
With this training, you can take the exam for our Product Owner certificate. If you also want an exam voucher for the PSPO-1 exam from Scrum.org, you can indicate this during your registration at step 3 under the heading ‘extra’ in the comments field. The additional cost for this is €200 excluding VAT/VAT exempt.

Schedule
Schedule 2 days (1 day live and 8-12 hours of online material) A training day consists of 2 blocks of 3 hours of lessons and 1 hour lunch break. In addition to the training day, you will have one year of access to our e-learning and exam module.
Training hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All training locations are easily accessible by public transport.
Course structure
The first part of the course consists of a training day with a trainer and a group of participants. During this day, the entire basics of Scrum are explained and practiced so that by the end of the day, you know how Scrum works and how to take on the role of Product Owner. The second part is an online training of about 8 hours in which you are prepared step by step for the exam that comes with the training, and you can obtain your Product Owner certificate. Through a structured approach, you learn the exam material through short videos, texts, and online exercises.
Additionally, there are extra practice exams in the module that optimally prepare you for the recognized Product Owner PSPO-I exam on Scrum.org. Once you pass the practice exams in the module, you will be well prepared for the Scrum.org exam. For this exam, you can optionally order an exam voucher. If you unfortunately do not pass the exam on the first attempt, any further exam attempts are at your own expense. However, we ensure that you start the exam as well-prepared as possible.

If you want to become a Product Owner within Scrum teams, it is a good idea to obtain the Product Owner PSPO-I certificate. This certificate proves that you master Scrum and that you can fulfill the Product Owner role, and you will also be registered as a certified Product Owner at Scrum.org. With this course, you can optionally order an exam voucher for the official Product Owner PSPO-I exam from Scrum.org.
