The Scrum Master guides Scrum teams and implements Scrum within organizations. He or she masters the Scrum method in detail and helps others apply Scrum. The Scrum Master works according to the Scrum framework and acts as a coach for Scrum Teams.
The Scrum Master leads teams and organizations towards agile working according to the Scrum method. He or she often has various roles: consultant, teacher, mentor, coach, (change) manager, and other roles as needed.
The leadership style of a Scrum Master is that of servant leadership.
Examenvoucher PSM-I examen Scrum.org
You can take the Scrum Master certification exam with this training. If you want to obtain the recognized PSM-I exam from Scrum.org, you can order an exam voucher for an additional €200 (excl. VAT). The Scrum Master course exam itself is free, including any retakes.

An exam voucher for the PSM-I exam from Scrum.org can be added for an additional € 200.
Schedule
2 days (1 day live and 8-12 hours of online material) A training day consists of 2 blocks of 3 hours of lessons and 1 hour lunch break. In addition to the training day, you will have one year of access to our e-learning and exam module.
Training hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All training locations are easily accessible by public transport.
Structure of the Scrum Master Course
The Scrum Master training consists of a training day with a trainer and a group of participants. During this day, the basics of Scrum are explained and practiced, so that you understand how Scrum works and what it means to be a Scrum Master. You’ll be ready to start your Scrum project. Afterward, there’s an optional online part with additional study materials and exam preparation.

Scrum Master Certificate
The second online part is an (additional) e-learning training of approximately 8-12 hours, in which you are prepared step by step for the official Scrum Master PSM-I exam from Scrum.org. Through a convenient structure, you learn the exam material using short videos, texts, and online exercises. Additionally, there are many practice exams with sample questions that optimally prepare you for the Scrum.org exam.
After completing the e-learning portion of the training, you will be well-prepared for the Scrum.org exam. First, you will earn our own Scrum Master certificate. If you also wish to obtain the official Scrum Master PSM-1 certificate, it is possible to (optionally) purchase an exam voucher for one exam attempt. If you do not pass the Scrum.org exam on your first attempt, any further attempts are, of course, at your own expense. However, we ensure that you are as well-prepared as possible when you begin the exam. The online module takes approximately 8-12 hours to complete, and you have a year to finish it at your own pace.
